Reservation Conditions & Information
- Check-in time: From 2.00pm Check-out time: By 10.00am STRICTLY. A late check-out fee can be arranged with reception, availability dependent.
- Damage & Disturbance deposit should be settled on the
credit card on arrival for group bookings.
- Breakfast is none inclusive in
your accommodation rates. Should you have booked & paid for breakfast,
this is available Monday – Saturday 7.00am to 8.45am, Sundays 7.30am –
9.15am. Please give us 24 hours notice for any specific dietary
requirements you may have or a packed breakfast for early starts.
- Dinner needs to be booked and
paid for 24 hours prior. A 2-course delivery tray will be left in your
room.
- Late arrivals: the guesthouse will make arrangements
with guests for a self-check in after 6.30pm. Your whatsapp mobile number
is required for this arrangement to be made.
- Pet policy: we have a fee per pet per night. There
are only certain units suitable for pets so please ensure the unit booked
is a pet-friendly one.
- Parking: we offer sufficient parking for one vehicle per room. Should
you have more than 1 vehicle, this needs to be arranged prior to arrival.
Unfortunately a second parking space cannot be guaranteed so parking
outside on the verge may be an alternative.
- A booking is only confirmed
once we have received the proof of payment of 50% deposit or full
prepayment.
- Confirmation of a booking
infers that the guest has read, understood & agrees to abide by our
reservation conditions as set out here. On day of check-in, should the
period of stay or numbers of guests booked for, be altered, the amount due
for the original period /number of guests booked is liable in full.
- No persons other than those
quoted for are permitted to share the accommodation.
- Smoking is not permitted in
the rooms or guesthouse building per statutory regulations. Provision is
made for smoking at the outside areas where you will find ashtrays.
- No parties, functions,
fireworks or loud music are permitted in consideration of other
guests and the general neighbourhood. Quiet time:
10pm – 8am.
- No persons other than the guests staying, may be invited to
share the guesthouse facilities during the stay, unless by prior
arrangement.
- The owner reserves the
right to claim for any damages incurred to owner’s property during the
guest(s) period of stay & reserves right of admission if any above
instance gives due cause with immediate effect.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the 50% booking deposit:
More than 30 days prior to arrival : 5% admin fee
30 to 22 days prior to arrival :25% cancellation fee
21 to 15 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fee
14 to 8 days prior to arrival : 75% cancellation fee
7 days or less prior to arrival : 100% cancellation fee*During peak periods, the above cancellation policy will be altered.
